Click Through Agreement: The materials located in the broker section are copyrighted and the property of HealthCare Advocates, Inc ("HCA"). You (the broker "Broker") have a limited use license to use HCA's materials for the sole purpose of making sales in conjunction with HCA. Other than placing Broker's contact information in the form fields in the CAP Employer Sales Brochure, Broker does not have permission to alter or change any document/materials. Further, extracting part or all of the materials is not permitted. This license may be revoked at any time by HCA and it is mutually agreed that Broker will delete or return (cease use and possession of) all of HCA's materials upon request by HCA. Broker further agrees not to share HCA's materials with any entity other than potential clients unless deemed necessary by a court of law. All user logons and passwords are intended for the specific Broker. Broker is not authorized to allow the use of his logon and password to any third party. Such violation will be trespass and unauthorized use of HCA's computer system. Broker agrees that Broker will not place HealthCare Advocates materials on their web site or on the Internet for public access. The only exception to this is HealthCare Advocates' online enrolment HTML code. It is agreed that violation of this agreement by the broker is subject to liquidated damages in the amount of $250,000.
