Healthcare Advocates does not disclose personal health information (PHI).  Healthcare Advocates does take precautions to ensure that member data is secure.

Healthcare Advocates cannot ensure that emails sent to or from Healthcare Advocates are not intercepted when transmitted over the Internet. Because of this, we caution people about the sensitive nature of the material being sent.

People who send us emails and ask questions will be added to Healthcare Advocates' email list for announcements and such. If you wish to be removed from the email list, simply notify us and your name will be removed.

Please assume that any information that is mailed to Healthcare Advocates will not be returned.

Healthcare Advocates may disclose information to consultants, lawyers, and other professionals if their expertise is needed in resolving a problem or referring out. Data may be used for data mining and informatics purposes.

Healthcare Advocates may chose to modify its privacy policy at any time.

If Healthcare Advocates', Inc. rights are violated, it is agreed that Healthcare Advocates is entitled to injunctive relief, and the greater of $50,000 or actual monetary damages, and Healthcare Advocates' attorney's fees. Furthermore, it is agreed that any attempts at unauthorized access, or circumvention of the actual web site (i.e. fishing for old data or data not present on the web site) are in violation of this agreement and all damages ($30k/violation) are collateral to any tort actions.

Refund Requests:
All refund requests and returns must be made in writing.  If approved, a check will be sent within 60 days.
